Jesse Jackson or Barrak Obama

"Jesse Jackson called on the United States to officially apologize to the Chinese. Jesse said, 'An apology is not a sign of weakness.' And as President Clinton has taught us, an apology isn't even a sign you're sorry."

Jackson is a throwback - he's a Martin Luther King protege and, true to that past, still views issues from an Us vs. Them perspective. Obama, being a couple decades younger, did not experience the same segregation that black people of Jackson's generation did and thus has a perspective on race that is more inclusive. Overall, I'd say that Jackson represents past viewpoints while Obama represents the present, and possibly future.

At this point, I would have to say Obama. But not by much. Jackson is still relevant to people older than 40, while Obama has a greater appeal to the 30 and under crowd. In my opinion, Obama has the potential to be a better political leader than Jackson, but that is only if he gets the support and encouragement he deserves.

Jackson's a comedian tale politically anymore, specific he became right into a conflict examined civil rights activist, yet he's likewise anti-Semitic (till he became into under the impact of alcohol like Mel Gibson), and the "sturdy" Reverend likes to sleep around. i assume it can be a powerful pull for some those that don't care approximately morality, yet JJ nevertheless is a comedian tale. perhaps if JJ and Michael Richards the two counseled him, the two kissing his backside, we could desire to get some comedic fee out of it.

If I have to pick one of these two, I'll go with Obama. Obama is at least intelligent. Jessee Jackson spouts the same old tired rhetoric he has been for the last 30 years. At least Obama has new ideas and has character and doesn't grate on my nerves.

I do not have much respect for Jackson. Obama--now that is another story. He is a great guy.

Neither one gives a hoot about blacks.
They just use blacks for their own purposes.
It's all about Money & Power.
The Democrats always exploit blacks.
