Use eyeshadow to your best advantage. if you have blue eyes, use browns and gold. if your eyes are brown, go for blues and greens.
use three shades of the colour you have selected, blend the lightest over your eye socket to your brows, then the second lightest over the lid and the darkest in a thin line across the top of your lashes and at the outer corner of your eyes. if your eyes are close-set, open them out by using a faint bit of silver in the corner near your nose. use eyeliner sparingly and if your eyes are small, define their shape by EVER SO SLIGHTLY flicking the outer corner of the eye liner up slightly on the top lid. Roll mascara on the lashes to avoid clumps. and wallah! (oh by the way, if you dress your eyes to be the main focus of your face, dont over do your lips. use the same rule and clothing - show either legs or top, not both - therefore show either eyes or lips. use a subtle pale pink or gloss on your lips so the attention is drawn to your eyes, otherwise if you over dress both, you will look like you are in drag!!!)

Good luck!

Because u have blue eyes u can use a variety of colours but as i have blue eyes i definitely recommend using lots of blues and greens especially from mac or urban decay they do some fantastic metallic eyeliners which will really accentuate your eyes - the way u colour Ur eyes really depends on the shape of Ur eyes IE if u have eyes that droop a little u can really open them up by just making a flick up with Ur eyeliner at the corner of ur eyes also using a glitter eyeliner available from urban decay in the inner corners of ur eyes also helps open them up and bring attention 2 ur eyes but i also really recommend going to a make up counter and asking them to give u a makeup lesson this is usually free and don't feel pressurised to buy everything they offer u.
hope this helps
good luck

Try some dark brown or black eyeliner on the very inside top and bottom lids, on the inside part where they close together. And get some lash architec by loreal, that stuff is the best. You're going to have to do a bunch of coats (seriously, like at least 5) but long thick lashes with some eyeliner is definitly, um, eyecatching. No pun intended! lol
Also, look into getting some eyemakeup combos made particularly for your eye color. Brown tones are perfect for blue eyes, as well. Good luck!

It is super easy use a light color on your brow like a pearlesque shade of white. Cover the lids in a medium peachy/brown still on the shiny side color and take a a darker brown shad in the crease line top and bottom 1/2 way black mascara and curl the lashes, Also for a Little something extra you can put the light pearly color in the corners Of your eyes to open them more.

ok...my eyes are hazel so i know if it works for me it will make your blue eyes look absolutely beautiful. Get a dark eyeliner ( black would look nice) And line both the upper and lower lids. Add mascara to accentuate the dazzaling look. Also try a light colored eyeshadow. Good luck.

It really depends on the color of the eyes
blue eyes go w/dramatic browns use a heavy liner like black or dark brown and a three toned brown set, also green eyeliner it brings out the blue
green eyes totally purple anything purple will bring out the green
brown/hazel anything looks good but if you are trying to pull a certain color out more than go w/ the above :)

I have blue eyes, at the moment I use a navy blue eye liner, black can make me look like a goth. Thickening mascara on my eye lashes and an aqua bluey/greeny eyeshadow which during the day I also mix a bit of brown into.

Try using a white highlight in the inside corners of your eyes with whatever colour and eyeliner you use it really brightens your eyes. Try experimenting with different colours and styles, even combining colours you would never think of together. One of my faves is Yellow on the inside, Bright Pink over eyelid and Darker Pink/Purple around socket line and under the eye then blended slightly. It's a really striking look, and I always get coments.

P.S I'm not a make-up artist but I get comments about my eye make-up because i'm not afraid to be adventurous and I play around with colour. Try it you'll be surprised.

White eyeliner on the bottom lids and in the corners and then black eyeliner on top. Use loads of mascara and a skin highlighter on the whole lid .

If you buy some eyedrops as well they will really brighten them up. oh and dont wear lipstick if the focus is on your eyes as you will look like you are trying too hard

LOL to the first answer. i would soo do that.

okay, now here's my answer. if ur eyes are bright blue, then they're probably ALREADY catching his attention. plus ur hair is brown (um well, ur avatar's hair is brown so i am assuming that u have brown hair) so u are already EYE-catching with contrasting colors on ur head.

buttt i've always noticed blue eyes when they are lined with a thin black liquid eyeliner all around and long black mascaraed eyelashes (one of my guy friends have blue eyes and dark brown hair that is almost black and his eyes look like they is naturally wearing eyeliner and mascara. yeah i noe its kinda strange for a guy to look like he is wearing makeup naturally but its soo pretty).

also u should use a sheer, matte brown eyeliner.
