The law says that it's illegal to sell weed, but what about smoking it? I know that everyone is not growingthis drug, so my point is that there has to be an inside worker that is helping distribute this drug. And to be honest I really believe that there is nothing wrong with smoking weed, but then again some people can't take it so. My question is why is weed so illegal? And how can anybody compare that drug to any other drug that there is?

As is true with any product, whether it be illegal or not, it will end up in someones hand if their is a demand for it. Think of it as a supply and demand thing. Look up marijuana in a search engine and you will find the ways that it can alter someones perception after being smoked. I don't smoke it and never will so I can't give you the standpoint of a user, but I have seen enough people who have smoked to much of it and they are obviously "impaired".

First off, the law says it is illegal to posses weed. So if you are smoking it, selling it, eating it or making t-shirts with it, you are in violation of the law. Second, weed is illegal because the government says its illegal and that's all there is to it. Third, you are greatly underestimating the criminal underworld by say there must be an inside worker helping to distribute drugs. Organized crime is a real thing and they don't need help from anyone to get what they want. Lastly, no, weed is not the most harmful drug in the world. as a matter of fact, pharmaceutical companies produce drugs that are far more dangerous than weed, but like i said earlier, the government says its illegal so its illegal. all we can do is deal with it.

Weed is illegal because the government can't find a way to tax it since people can grow and sell it on their own. In fact weed is actually less harmful than alcohol or any other drug. You can smoke as many blunts as you can and the only thing that will happen to you is you will more than likely fall asleep....but if you drink too much alcohol you die from alcohol poisoning. So why is the government allowing a mind altering substance such as alcohol that so many people are addicted to and kills thousands each year due to drink driving? Like I said before the government can tax alcohol but cannot tax weed.

I'm assuming you're in the US. Every other civilized country has at least decriminalized it if not made it legal. It is a good drug for glaucoma, cancer, aids, etc. The states which legalized it for medical purposes where shot down by the federal gov't. And, for your other question, no, it's not like any other drug. No one is going to kill their parents to get enough money to buy pot. It doesn't make people violent. It's natural. You could grow it yourself if the gov't would let you. They'll probably be breaking down my door now at any time...........oh no!!!!!
