I would spray WD-40 in and out around the shaft of your wiper motor. Then spray white grease.

Oil for a wiper motor? I think you better check the headlight fluid.

This wiper motor is internally lubricated. If it needs oil, it needs replaced.

None it's a sealed unit. If the lubricant leaked out you should replace the whole unit.
