For your answer i would say Yes Windows one does the job
Now Defragmenting really depends on how much software u download and install on your comp. If u are like me and like to test out new software all the time ( i install at least 1 or 2 new programs each week ) . Then You should do a proper defragmenting at least every 3 to 4 months. if u are not such a regular user of new software like me ..i think you could probably go a whole year without any defragmenting and it wouldnt really make much of a difference.

Greetings!
The one from Windows is excellent. Remove any unwanted junk first, and run the system clean up tool. Then defrag.
Good Luck

they all do the same job...so the one in windows is good enough but as u probably noticed..it tends to takes its sweet time...so i recommend using the one on windows and leaving it on over night....
