Just wondering if this is possible since I am late and just figured a few things out through the internet and not from my doctor or psycholgost :/. I take meds. daily and I was put on birth control as well 2 months ago. Not knowing that they cancel each other out and don't do each other good if not using a condom. Well about 1-2 weeks ago my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex quite a few times between that time period. And this week i'm suppost to be getting my period, i'm 3 days late. And i've also got a uti.

Just wondering if there's a high chance of pregnancy from this since there had to be some birth control in it? And if maybe my uti is just holding off on my period.

There are many meds that make birth control obsolete. You should get a test just in case because it is very possible for you to be pregnant...and if you are then you need to get that UTI taken care of quickly and make sure the meds you are taking will not be detrimental to the baby.

Sure, you could be pregnant, but it is possible that your UTI is causing your body to be late in getting your period. I would give it 4 or 5 more days and then consider getting an early pregnancy test. I hope you are taking antibiotics for the UTI. If you are pregnant, don't be too worried about the antibiotic causing any harm to the fetus. Many pregnant women are treated for UTIs and their babies come out healthy. Good luck!

The best way of knowing is to take a pregnancy test. I have never been pregnant and I have had a few time when I was worried and someone told me worrying about it will cause you to be late. I would wait a tad bit longer and stop stressing over it, if it still hasn't arrived then get one done.

Yes, there is a good chance you could be pregnant... there is also a chance that you are not pregnant too. I would go buy a pregnancy test ASAP and take it from there.
Stress can also cause your period to be late -- stress can do all sorts of weird things to your body.

If you not able to buy a pregnancy test, you can go to a "Planned Parenthood" and they will give you a test for free.

Wish you the best..

Go get yourself a home pregnancy test, and next time make sure that your doctors know all the meds that you're on before they prescribe more for you. If they don't ask you, make sure to ask them how they will interact (you can ask the pharmacist, too). You always have to look out for yourself.
