Has Anyone read anything by Banana Yoshimoto?

Her most famous one is Kitchen, and another one, Amritsu, was a New York Times Bestseller.

Please tell me what you think of her writing.

Kitchen, and the prose was so sweet, and a nice romance, but too much suicide, and the funny little story at the end, a ghost story maybe, was a bit much, but it ended with a nice feeling for the future of the girl and boy.
