I thought the cruise was too pricey,so I said Disney would that be cool? I've already been to disney and have never been to a cruise, but now it's too late to change my mind.

Oh, I would easily choose a Walt Disney World vacation over anything else, including a cruise. However, you could do a Land & Sea vacation with Disney. You go to Walt Disney World for a few days and then they take you to Cape Canaveral, I think, where you board one of Disney Cruise ships and go to the Bahamas for a few days. But still, even if I had the choice between a Land & Sea vacation or just an all Walt Disney World vacation, I'd choose Walt Disney World. It's just such an amazing place and there's so much to see and do! You don't even have to leave Disney property if you don't want to. There's four huge theme parks, two awesome water parks, Downtown Disney, and all kinds of recreational activites around the Resorts. When I go to Walt Disney World I always go for at least 10 days. I need at least that much time in order to do all the stuff I want (and I never leave property.) I try to go at least once a year, now. It's crazy - the older I get, the more I seem to love the place. Every time I go I think it'll be the last time I want to go, I think "I must be sick of this by now," but then when the vacation is over I immediately begin planning the next. My next trip is in July and I absolutely can't wait!

If you're going to Walt Disney World you have nothing to worry about, you'll have an incredible time. Go to the Walt Disney World website and order one of the free vacation planning DVDs. It's the Year of a Million Dreams Celebration so there's a lot of special things going on and over the course of the celebration one million wishes are being granted. If you go to any of the Disney theme parks you could win free limited edition "Year of a Million Dreams" Mickey ears, a Dream FastPass, or even an overnight stay in Cinderella Castle.

Here's the link to order the free DVD, it'll tell you more about what's going on at Walt Disney World...

I just graduated from University over the summer and I rewarded myself with 4 weeks of holiday in Orlando (three weeks Disney, one week for the others). So, I agree on the validity of a graduation holiday.

Cruises are over-rated. If you have never been on a criuse, you might find you dislike the restrictiveness or even the motion. Disney is vast and there is so much to see and do (even if you have been before). Much better than a cruise in my opinion.

Have a blast, and well done!

Whoa I would definitely say a cruise even if most of the people have said Orlando. I went on a cruise for my graduation and it was totally awesome, the best trip of my life probably. And Orlando can be cool too I guess but I have been there a few to many times. But hope you enjoy(ed) it anyways! :)

It depends on if you want to relax, or have more "fun".

The Disney Cruise is fantastic to just sit back, relax and enjoy the pool. Whereas Walt Disney World you will be walking around the parks, in the heat, listening to all the crabby children (and parents).

I have been on 4-7 day cruises and I have been to WDW over 100 times. It really depends on what type of vacation you want to have.

Well if you are in Orlando and you're there long enough don't just do Disney (Epcot and MGM Studios included). Take a day and go to NASA. They have some great tours going on, as well as videos an experiences. You never know, they may have a shuttle out on the launch pads (I went 8 days before a launch).
