Mostly Japanese with a small number speaking Korean, Filipino, English, Chinese dialects followed by dozens of other languages.

In general or are you asking for ALL the language that is spoken in Tokyo?

Because in general Japanese is the main language.
But if you atart counting the foreign language spoken by all the people from different countries in Tokyo then I'd say there's no way of knowing. It's like asking what kind of language is spoken in New York.

Japanese is the main language of Japan, most Japanese people also have a level of english proficiency ranging from very bad to very good since it is taught in school, but if they choose to continue learning when they get in college and beyond is up to them.
