The air blend door in the ducting is stuck in the hot position. I don't know what your controls look like, or whether the door is operated by vacuum or cable. Look under the dash along the ducting while you move the temp setting and see if you see something moving with the lever movement. If it's vacuum operated, you'll see a small diaphragm cannister.

Sounds like the heater control valve is stuck open. There is a valve in the engine compartment that controls the flow of water to the heater core. If it sticks open hot water will continually flow through the heater core heating the air in the fan box. Most are controlled by a vacuum hose running to them. If this one is what they call a normally open the vacuum line may have come loose which will leave the valve open all the time. The valve will have 2 hoses running to it and then to the firewall. If not the vacuum line then the valve itself is bad and will need to be replaced.

Your hot air vent door maybe stuck open. Or your ac compressor is not working. Could be low refrigerant. When you cut the AC on can you hear the compressor come on? Or see it come on with the hood open?
When you change from heat to cool can you hear the vent door closing? If not it could be a vacuum problem. If this is the case check for a vacuum leak. Listen for any hissing inside the vehicle. You may find it under the dash. Or in the engine compartment.. These are the only things I can think of that can be wrong with it.

i think of your alternator is great, yet won't be able to be constructive except I have been to be waiting to objective it. i think of your project lies on your battery or your starter, yet extra in all threat your battery. each so often its perplexing to tell, distinctly once you're in simple terms analyzing approximately it, what's misguided with a "no-initiate" automobile, subsequently once you convey a "no-initiate" in to a save, maximum experienced Techs will do an alternator output attempt, a battery load attempt or a capacitance attempt, and a Starter cranking contemporary and cranking voltage attempt. each physique of those exams could nicely be complete fairly at as quickly as and could supply the tech a extra helpful thought of precisely whats occurring on your beginning and charging equipment. My suggestion is to have the automobile clinically determined via a save with qualified techs, this might save you time and money via no longer having you guessing what the priority is and changing issues until it is going away.
