Because is Christian and Republican

No, I don't hate the man. But I do think he is an incompetent blowhard who has finally been put in his place by the vote of the American people. We want our democratic republic back, the dictatorship of the last 6 years has been a nightmare! The Christian thing is a good point though. I have no problems with Christians - until they try to legislate their religion into all of our lives. Reagan was a devoted Christian - but he was also wise enough to know that his private religious convictions didn't mean he had the right to work the system with them. Bush never really got that straight - he used the Evangelicals shamelessly (I think they deserved it but I still don't like that he did it) and wore his religion on his sleeve right along with the Presidential seal. That's a no-no in this country. Don't you know that the President is supposed to represent for and care about all Americans, not just those of his religion?

I am a Democrat, and I dont hate Bush ,i just dont agree with alot of the decisions he has made ,while in office ,he has proved time and time again he is only for war and taking control of things we shouldnt be involved in,i do agree the war was needed, but not for this long ,not with this many deaths and not for the reasons he is keeping it alive for right now,It now longer about helping ,he is trying to take over this country and it doesnt look to be helping anything .......Anyways im a demi for life and even if a Repo gets back in office i will always give them a chance.....

Democrats do not hate Bush, nor they are ignorant. Just in case you did not know, the majority of Democrats are Christian.

As far as caring in politics goes, unfortunately, very few care regardless of their party affiliation.

First of all I dont hate anyone, As far as saying hes a Christian though...I think your confused. Hes a Christian as Ted Bundy! Ya cant go around killing people cause another group of people killed your people. Thats about as far awy from Christian as you can get!!! Iraq never attacked America. They had no WMDs. Saddam was our Monster. We helped him hold power when Iraq was fighting a war with Iran. I live overseas and Bush has definitely made it easy for the world to hate America. Democrats and Republicans alike.
Ignorance is not to be confused with stupidity.
He cares enough to take strip civil liberies from "fellow" Americans. And to drop million dollar bombs on innocent civilians.

Democrats not only hate Bush they hate all republicans. They consider us ignorant and selfish. If we live in the middle of the US that makes us just plain stupid. They would have us believe that they are the saviors of our nation but will take all our money and spend it on what they want. I hope all you republicans who voted democratic are happy now. You will soon see your taxes go up, prices go up, stock prices go down, and worse yet will see your country humiliated when the dems stop the funding for the war and our troops come home before the job is done. To those who did not vote I don't want to hear a word out of you. You gave up your right to complain when you did not vote.

I would side more with the democrates at this point and I am a christian, was raised as a catholic in a catholic school. Maybe it is because Bush in his decisions acts more like a dictator than a politician that was voted in BY THE PEOPLE to carry out the wishes of the people. He is the decider remember !!! He has been a screw up all his life never has followed through with anything. His family has gotten him out of so much crap. He never would have even been elected if his father would`nt have been president or his fathers friends didn`t back him. AS a christian I also know there is a anti-christ out there somewhere ???

I'm technically independent, but let me explain why most people hate Bush: he's an example of the worst kind of so-called Christian. He talks big about his faith while he lies, cheats, and abuses the trust of those around him. He panders to the Religious Right and prates about how this is a Christian nation founded on Christian principles of love and brotherhood, and does his best to create divisiveness to make our people fear each other. He talks about democracy and steals our freedoms and civil liberties.

He's a bully, a thief, and a fearmonger who has used the banner of Christianity to pull the wool over your eyes. Wake up and smell the gunpowder.

I'm a christian and my opinions of him and any other political figures have nothing to do with religious beliefs. Apparently you haven't realized yet how ignorant and childish it is to distribute Americans into two broad groups and then try to apply an inaccurate set of stereotypes to both of them. I form my opinions of political leaders based individual issues, not politics.

maybe this is why people don't like him... he calls more names than actually gets things done...

keep it up... this is the kind of thing that lost you the election...

We dislike him for the same reason you are probably disliked. Based on the way you phrased your question your mind is obviously closed to any thoughts that contradict your own ideology. A closed mind can't help but breed contempt. It is he who thinks he knows it all who has the most to learn. You are only interested in having your own opinion validated. I'm guessing because it was spoon fed to you by Limbaugh or Liddy and you lack the courage of your convictions. To achieve understanding one must first be willing to accept that their own notions may be wrong. Until that hurdle is jumped you are condemned to a life of intellectual poverty.
