You need two items, both of which can be obtained at your local hardware store. Go in, ask them for JB-WELD and DUCT TAPE.
Mix the JB-Weld up and dip all of the pieces in it. Put it together as best you can, making sure not to forget any parts. Now wrap the entire thing in duct tape, making sure not to cover the screen or controls.
Good as new!
