It should not affect your getting pregnant but it will cause problems during pregnancy and delivery. All women need to be responsible and have a Pre-conception visit with an ob/gyn 3 months prior to getting pregnant.

I do not have scoliosis but I do have an off balance in my hips, due to child birth. I have been told that because of the unbalance in my hips (or rotation) and one of my legs being longer than the other that having another child could only complicate things. Meaning, I could hurt my hips more, baby may have to be taken out through c-section, or cause other problems to other joints or bones in my body. I have delivered three children but suffer severe pain in my knees, due to the rotation of my hips. But in the end, I have found that having children was worth it all. Ask your doctor and make a personal judgement about what is right for you.
