my friend might have to go into foster care. and he has two brothers and a sister. they also have 4 other foster brothers. if they haev to go into foster care will all the blood related siblings get split up? isnt that agianst the law?

It is possible that they will get split up but the system generally works it to where all of the foster families that have the siblings get together often so the kids see each other a lot. As a general rule they try to keep them together but sometimes there just aren't big enough homes to do that.

no it is not against the law. The state has to see that the children have good care. If that means splitting them up they will do so.
