i am having trouble find a gift for my girlfriend and i was wanting to ask some girls out there what i should get here, if they had any good ideas. we are both 19 and we will be dating for 8 months when christmas rolls around. any suggestions will be great.

Give her something that she will keep or that she will wear, and that every Christmas she will remember that you gave her that for Christmas.
Don't be thinking in something expensive.
In my case I don't care if the guy spent a lot of money or he didn't spent money....the important thing here is the intention and how you make it special...Good Luck

What about a spa gift bag. You can make it yourself!
I would suggest: candles, body butter, a terry cloth robe, body soap, bath beads, etc. Find a nice leather box to put it in, try hobby lobby, bed, bath and beyond.

You can never go wrong giving jewelry. Get her a sterling silver necklace with a charm that has some significance to you guys. The price won't bust your budget and she will love it. If you have extra money after that get her some earrings to match.
