You have what is called a browser hijacker. Use these scans to remove it.

All of these are ones that I personally use and all are free.

AVG Removes I-Worm/Stration · BackDoor.Generic3.GBB and .GBC · Worm/Generic.FX · Exploit.WMF

Spybot - Search & Destroy detects and removes spyware, a relatively new kind of threat not yet covered by common anti-virus applications. Spyware silently tracks your surfing behaviour to create a marketing profile for you that is transmitted without your knowledge to the compilers and sold to advertising companies. If you see new toolbars in your Internet Explorer that you haven't intentionally installed, if your browser crashes inexplicably, or if your home page has been "hijacked" (or changed without your knowledge), your computer is most probably infected with spyware. Even if you don't see the symptoms, your computer may be infected, because more and more spyware is emerging. Spybot-S&D is free, so there's no harm giving it a try to see if something has invaded your computer.

Go to download.com in the search type in adaware and spybot. Install both of those programs. Once you install update both to make sure they have all the updates needed. Then right click my computer icon on your desktop go to properties system restore tab and uncheck the system restore(if you are running windows XP) most spyware will hide in there. The next time you restart your PC you will be infected again. Windows will bulk at you and say it is not a good thing today. Ignore it. After you do the above steps restart your PC in safe mood. On boot up hit the F8 key before you see the splash screen. You will get a set of options choose safe mode with networking. Windows then loads with only the drivers needed to boot up. Your icons will be big your colors will be off. windows will also say you are running in safe mode just click yes or ok. Run both those programs in safe mode and delete anything they find. It might seem a long process but it is not

You have a wonderful little hijacker virus. Please run your antivirus and anti-spy ware programs. Once you have gotten rid of the virus. You should be able to reset your homepage to place it was before.
