I would say that shaving pubic hair is something done more by women than men. How many women actually do shave their pubic hair off ?

All shaving is done more by women than men. Men and women are all made hairy, but for some reason, men think hairy women are masculine so women shave - armpits, legs, pubes, its endless. Funny - women don't accuse men of being feminine if they shave their beard. S'not fair actually.

Until the 19220's most women did not shave any parts of their bodies. Then a major razor manufacturer made a razor specifically for women to use eon their armpits and legs. About the same time women's apparel took a turn where short sleeved dresses were OK to wear as well as skirts that came up to the knees. Thus, putting two and two together, it was an easy transition into women having haiy pits and legs when they were covered by clothing to shaving the hair off to make them "look" more feminine. That was all well and good until the swim wear companies came out with a one piece suit with an attached skirt that let more leg show. Not only more leg, but if the wearer wasn't careful, tendrils of pubic hair would pop out the sides of it (heaven forbid) and gentlemen might get the wrong idea. Thus, now pubic hair needed to eithere be timmed or removed totally. As some have stated, the hair was there for a reason, but many women felt it needed to be removed. So- pubic hair removal gained steam and the razor manufacturers made some more dough because of it. Hair is certain parts of the human body for a variety of reasons. If it wasn't supposed to be there, it wouldn't be.

I think that more women shave then men. I don't know why. Women are more clean and worried what guys will think. That's my opinion. haha.

Of all the girls I've known only one has regularly. The others maybe did once or twice, but most of the time just a tidy up.

I never shave it.
I only trim it down; especially in the Summertime.

I shave mine off. Sometimes I nair it off. Sometimes I make shapes, others I leave a landing strip. Either way, it all depends on my mood. I do like most of my hair gone down there.
