Coding for Cellphone Applications?

I need to develop an application which uses bluetooth and runs on the cellphones. So people can u guide my to some good webiste from where i can find some good programming material on bluetooth programming and all that stuff

.net compact framework. Send a few months learning C# or vb first.

I haven't done any myself yet, but I've heard from a lot of people that most cell phones are using Java these days. Java has a special API for cell phones, and I believe it supports bluetooth as well. The special API is called Java ME(Micro Edition). I linked their site below.
