I just interviewed in person with a major Medical Equipment Manufacturer for Capital Sales.?

He wants so send me a project to do for him before the second interview. Is that normal? What are they looking for? Any Advice?

You had to have, had done good in the first interview that's why he is asking you to do a project that COULD be your second interview... So do the project...

i think that must mean they are interested in you. i suppose the project is a test of your abilities. Good luck!
