I occasionally used to have a similar problem if I went straight to sleep after sex. Try cleaning yourself with a baby wipe and then put on a pair of cotton panties before you go back to bed.

It is best to bathe after sex. The water will flow into the vagina and rinse it out but it is gentle and safe. Do not use bath foam though. If anything just a little bicarb of soda sprinkled into the water. I strongly advise against douching ever. It is unnecessary.
Below is a site that may help if it is a particularly strong smell.

Why is people blaming each other of their funky smelly private area there's no blame it's have to be protection before you have sex and after, : by there's no excuse ? Because some people say excuses about how they smell just so people can it's normal. but reality it's not Norman for female's and males it's very important to stay clean and be healthy

nope, the ejaculation doesn't cause the foul smell. maybe ur bf is having some sort of infection. but since you are telling that ur gyn gave u a clean chit, that means, that u are perceiveing the pheromones as the foul smell.
pheromone is a chemical that is secreted by an animal, especially an insect, and that influences the behavior or development of others of the same species.
and some of the semen on long standing release such smells. so the best way is to clean ur genitals after sex. you can use a handshower or some otherway to direct the water to ur genitals without douching

1st DO NOT DOUCHE its not good for you to do it that frequent. What I do is sit on the toilet after sex and let it all out! I suffer from UTI as well and this was advised per DR orders! wash well after intercourse with a mild feminine wash and you should be good to go

I would suggest that you visit your OB/GYN and ask for a pregnancy test as well as a test for STD's and HIV not to say that's it but just too be on the safe side also I would suggest that in the future you protect yourself and you never have to worry about anything like this happening again in the future. good luck

Whatever he's eating or drinking could be causing his ejaculate to smell, or it could be an infection. Try suggesting that he drinks more water, and he may need to get checked out just in case.

This sounds gross(because I'm a guy) but you can let gravity and your keigels
expel the ejaculate over a toilet.Get as much out as you can and don't douche.

Just wash well (a sit-down bath) with warm/hot soapy water after sex and again the next morning.
