My niece started her periods on halloween but I said to her I'll try and get some leaflets for to help her understand more. Does anyone know a website or places I could go to get her some leaflets????

You can buy really good books in the bookstore on this topic and after she has read it you could answer any questions she may have. also the doctors office and places like that will have leaflets.

ask the practice nurse at your doctors sugery - they gave me a couple of good leaflets fo rmy kids - plain english and teenager friendly!

you can go to any clinic or doctor's office...even a gyno and they should be able to give you the information that you need there is this website that you might want to try though...just go to MedlinePlus and search for it...i got the information right away...

get her a book all about menustration and sex you can get them at nearly all book shops. i think its best to let her know EVERYTHING thats going on .... how old is she?.x
