I mean, I know the idiots out there who ask stupid questions and they know they're stupid- but why give someone a 'bad' rating for just asking a question?!
Why rate a question asking peoples' opinion of baby names bad, or asing work advice, or asking what to fix their husband for dinner? Ya know?! Those aren't offensive or anything...

If a question is rated as "bad," then it's not worth answering. Of course, most people answer them because they want the points.

I only give a question a bad rating if it's offensive (usually right after I report it!)
