i had sex with my bf in april unprotected.........and i had sex with my ex bf on may 1st or 2nd but he did uses a condom....and i took a home pregnancy test on may 10th......and it came back positive.......im due january 11th 2007......im gonna get a paternity test done......is there any chance that the ex bf is the father......i dont want him to be........so who's most likely baby it is? thanks in advance

I got pregnant with my first in April and was due January 12th. I would say the guy in April. If you got pregnant in May it would be due in Feb. Also If you didn't have a blood test the likely hood of a urine test coming out positive from sex 8 or 9 days earlier is slim. Good luck I hope it is your BF.

Chances are it is the current boyfriend. If your dates are accurate, and you had sex with the ex on May 1st, and got a positive on the 10th, you wouldn't be pregnant "enough" to get a positive test result.
And, your childs due date is one day off from my daughters and I can tell you, I got pregnant in April.

Oh dear Lord. If you didn't want your ex bf to be a father to your child the best thing would have been not to have sex with him. Condoms are not always effective, but since you didn't use protection with your bf the chances of him being the father is more likely. Good luck!

It really depends on where you were in your cycle. "In April" describes 30 days. When in April did you have sex, and was it during your ovulation time?
Or, were you ovulating May 1 or 2?
So, without you answering these, there is no way to guess which one is the father.

paternity tests can be done with just a strang of hair from the ex-bf or even the new bf. regardless get it done, because it saves alot of agrevasion afterwards. and regardless what you want or dont want, the right fatehr should know there is a child out there that is his.

It say its unlikely to be the ex, the dates just dont add up right. Its not impossible, but its unlikely. Especially since the BF didnt use anything, and the EX used a condom.

If you're due in January you conceived around April 20 so when you had sex with your ex you were already pregnant. I hope that helped. Good luck.
