yes. all the information about the websites you visited will be with your ISP(Internet Service Provider). if you delete all your cookies, cache and temp internet files along with history it is very difficult for anyone working on ur PC to know the history. but in case of any legal issues, ISP will provide the information about your IP address.

Yes it is called tif under your tools / options/ go to general /settings holds all your files ther delete them and get a window washer webroot has a really good one but it is only a 30 day trial but it rocks!!!

If you are using a router to connect your computer to and router will have a record of your web surfing habit. It depends on the router and if it's enabled or not.
