I stayed friends with most of my ex's...and the ones i'm not in contact with anymore....when we see eachother, it's a big hug and catch up on eachother's lives.
With my last ex before I met and married my husband...we didn't talk after we broke up.....we were both broken and just decided to leave the pieces alone. I don't think that it is easier this way, but it is the way that it is....Every time i see his mom, who still lives in town, she updates me on his life and asks me how I am and what's going on, so we both know, there's just no need for us to try to be friends again...it wouldn't work that way, and we both know it.....we're happy with our new lives and leave the past alone.

Sometimes people come into onto our life and love us, trust us, believe us and believe in us. All they may want to do is love us and make our life what we've always wanted and dreamed of. Sometimes they even beg us to let them stay in our lives. But sometimes we don't see how much they truly love us and how much they've been hurt in the past. Sometimes, for whatever reason we don't have time/room for them in our lives or maybe the time isn't "right" (when the "right" person comes along, the time is ALWAYS "right"). For whatever reason we push them away and abandon them. The hopes and dreams that they had and the memories they shared (and hadn't yet shared) are too much to be 'just friends'.
Maybe loving someone with all they had and not feeling that that was returned makes them disappointed and there really is nothing else they can do.

Some things in a break up of a relationship are almost unbearable to forgive.
Most people don't realize what they're treating people like or how they are being treated until they step outside the situation they're in.

It's easier that way, even though it sounds better if you say "we will still remand friends" but every time you see that person you used to be with it brings up old memories, it's better if you move on
God Bless

Aren't you making sure that if you have been loved or not?
It could happen only when you are so careless to let you treat that way. Use your intelligence.

the reason we can not be friends, is because we can never agree on anything.
