Yeah. It's infuriating when you want to grab ahold and yank to the end of next week, but they have no hair.

What kind of question is this? I definitely don't think it should be a law. Why would you want to pull someone's hair? That is so mean!

I dont know if it should be law...it would be a weird law. But I think it shouldnt because in some trends (not naming any) its cool to have short hair.....I personally dont follow a trend!!!

Some people can't grow it that long anymore. Besides I like short hair.
