If a office has 20 men working in it , and she only flirts with 3or 4 men . Be it her body language or the way she talks with them . Does'nt this mean all those other men as being not treated equally . After all a boss should present an image which is fair and equal . I have seen this behaviour over many years. What does everyone else think?

She will flirt with only a few men for the same reason male bosses flirt with only a few women. Sour grapes, perhaps?

The three or four men that she stops and speaks to are possibly the ones she feels she CAN stop and speak to, without them getting the wrong idea. Most males think that because a woman speaks to them, she must fancy them, this is not so. The poor woman must be desperate for ordinary conversation if she works with twenty men , out of which sixteen or seventeen of them thinks she fancies them!

This attitude is probably due to the fact that some of the men are immature or seem immature in the point of view of their boss. It may be something else like the way the others dress...

Its a sure sign she fancies you. All the flirting is to gain your total concentration. You cant help but wonder, why not me?. Sub-consciously she is, on the outside your the one being mesmerised. You wouldn't be on here asking everyone the obvious. Otherwise you wouldn't even notice!!!.

Yeh, i think you're interpreting it wrong, but if you aren't, well, it's completely unprofessional for her to be flirting with anyone!!!
And no, i dont think you can say that she isn't treating everyone the same, because you just can't! what a ridiculous question to ask anyway!

I think it means she just doesn't like the other guys as much, which is completely normal. Just like you don't stop and chat with the coworkers you don't like, she doesn't chat with the coworkers she doesn't like. Maybe those other guys need to be more friendly?
If anything, she needs to look into how professional her interactions with those few guys are.
