Are the Annunaki dragons?

I've read alot of things regarding the Annunaki and how they were considered the sons of God and that they came to earth to enslave man. What I'd like to know is if they are the Dragons that people would see throughout time. They could have just made theymselves look like Dragons, so that people would respect and revere them. It just sounds like the stories are too much alike and possibly they could be one and the same. So I was wondering if anyone else thinks that the dragons people have reported in the past were the Annunaki aliens trying to communicate to ancient people?

I've done extensive research into many things encompassing alien interaction in the course of human history.

Basically, the Annunaki were an arian race. These were a people from another place in the universe that came to Earth to mine certain metals and fuels that they had exhausted their supplies of at home (most common theory of their reason for coming to Earth). They did technically enslave humans, as their bodies were too fragile for this particular atmosphere or the heavy labor. When they arrived they discovered that the planet was inhabited by homosapiens ("cave men" at that point). These humans were sturdy and built for hard labor.
The Annunaki decided to make a hybrid of their genetics with that of these primative humans, creating a being both powerful enough to do their labor yet intelligent enough to act in a civil manner and properly take orders.
After creating these...they understood they had just created an intelligent being, and began to watch over them....teaching them skills and passing down knowledge that would allow them to become a sophisticated race of their own.

The Annunaki were not shape-shifters, and would have no purpose for pretending to be anything they were not.

Dragons are usually a misconception by ancient people of spacecraft, or (more likely) truely a race of reptiles that are now extinct.

Also...there is a strong theory backing the idea of a reptilian race that also inhabited Earth before, during, or right after the Annunaki's visit. These were supposedly an underground society, literally living beneath the surface of the planet, that lacked compassion for the homosapiens. Some believe this race is still living on today, and these HAVE been believed to have the capability of shape-shifting to blend in with people on the surface.

Good question. But no. Look into the chinese history. You will find there and in other countries the dragons are described as rocket ships.
Also Look into ancient Inida. In the web search for Vimanas. Also try the website www.crystalinks.com very interessting.
Have fun finding out about our alien past.
PS take a look an art 14-15 and 16 century. There are alot of paintings with ufos hidding in them, mostly in religions paintings.
