They are usually pregnant for around 28 days, it could be more or less depending on the water levels and if they are stressed or not. She is close to giving birth once the back part of her stomach, where the gravid spot is, starts to square off. As soon as she stops giving birth you should remove her otherwise she will eat the babies, she still may eat while she is giving birth so depending on what type of breeding box you have you may need to add some plants for the fry to hide. I wouldn't put her in there too early because the small space can stress her out, which can actually cause her to abort her pregnancy.

usually its about 28-30 days. they begin getting very pregnant looking and have a dark gravid spot (the balck right near the anus, its the babies eyes). I would just put her in a breeder now, because you dont know how long shes been pregnant for if thats how you bought her. even if she may not look like shes goin to explode, you rather be safe than sorry. keep an eye on her because she may or may not eat the babies , guppies are usually good like that and tend to leave the young alone, buy you never know. also put something over the breeder net because ive had fry in a breeder net and other fish have jumped in and ate them all. lastly keep an eye on her even after she has the fry because livebearers can have multiple pregnancies with just one spawn.

Female guppies are usually pregnant for a few weeks before giving birth, but I wouldn't put her back into the water with the rest of the fish right away because she will be exhausted and the male guppies (If you have any) will abuse her.
