You don't sound like a very NICEMAN.
Some like the cold and some like the heat usually it has nothing to do with weight.
If it did, I would say it would be more likely that heavier people would not like the heat.
As far as the wind goes, everyone enjoys a cool breeze unless they are ill or have windburned skin.
Though, a hot breeze like yours we could pass on....LOL

I wear a size one and am anything but fat and I hate windy, cold days...that's why I live in South Florida.
