Here's the deal. If a guy has not ejacualted in 2 hours, then the pre-ejaculation sperm before actual ejaculation is mostly (99%) inactive, dead sperm. If he pulled out 100% and did not "squirt" right on the opening, it is likely that you are not pregnant. However, if he had ejaculated within 2 hours, all pre-ejaculation sperm was active, living sperm and even with pulling out, you can be pregnant. Pulling out is not 100% effective, though, and you should always use a condom and preferably birth control as well. Guys are not full of self-control when in the act, and chances are he won't always be able to pull out in time.
Here is more detailed information from www.sexetc.org:
Can I get pregnant if he pulls out?
Yes. Pulling out, also called "withdrawal" and "coitus interruptus," is risky because the guy has to be totally aware of when he's going to ejaculate, or ***. Then, he has to have enough self-control to pull out before he cums, every single time. Just one mistake can cause a pregnancy.
A lot of guys, especially younger ones, are unable to control themselves, especially when they're so close to the pleasure of orgasm. Plus, a woman can get pregnant even if a guy ejaculates just a little bit of semen at the opening of her vagina.
Safer sex is not just about preventing unwanted pregnancy. It's also about keeping you and your partner healthy -- and free from sexually transmitted diseases, which can be spread both through pre-*** and vaginal fluids.
Pulling out is better than using no birth control at all. But it's unreliable and gives no protection against sexually transmitted diseases. Are you really ready to take those chances?

YES!!!!!!!!! Never go for the "I'll pull it out in time" That does next to nothing to stop anything, honestly even though it sounds like a perfectly reasonable loophole. you're period is irrelevant, you can get pregnant at any time, some times less likely then others but it's never impossible. Take a pregnancy test and be more careful future

yes it is possible. The pull out method is not reliable as birth control. Use condoms. Also sperm can live for 5 days

you can still get pregnant from preejaculation...the best time when you are highly at risk for getting pregnant is about 10-15 days after your period ends...in about a week or 2 i suggest you go and get a pregnancy test just in case and do it first thing in the morning...
