Sure, there are a lot of things that go without saying!
Here's a few...
* Don't walk through the middle of town naked unless you're in the mood for attention, and getting arrested.
* When stopped for speeding, don't offer the officer a swig from your bottle of Jack Daniels laying on the seat.
* When she says, "does this make my butt look big?", you should not say "well, your butt IS big".
* When trying to contact Yahoo with a question or problem, you will only get a form letter back, if anything.
* It's not a good idea to name your child George Bush, Bill Clinton, Monica Lewinsky, or Osama Bin Laden
* Don't eat yellow snow.

ummm...an interesting question. Not really, because whatever is supposed to "go without saying" had to be said to reach that not saying point.... If that makes any sense to you. Sometimes you need the reassurance that something indeed, goes without saying. In which case, something would have to be said...Phew! Sorry if I confused you. I think I confused myself! :)

I think we often expect those closest to us to read our minds and get upset, amazingly enough, when they do not. In most cases especially when dealing with the opposite sex, it's best to say what's on your mind, unless it's unkind. In that case it's better left unsaid.
