Love is better than hate. With love you can accomplish anything. If someone REALLY loves you, they will stand by you through thick and thin, sickness and in health, when you are up, when you are down. A loving friend or lover can be an encouragement, a joy, a bright spot in an empty life or room. There is nothing more uplifting that having a person who loves you, standing at your side while you go through something terrible. They are there to be a sounding board, a comfort, a shoulder to cry one, to remind you that better days are ahead. Love beats hate any day any ways. Hate is a whole lots of sucking the air out of a room and in no way improves you as a person, as an occupant of this planet. A hatefilled person can reek a whole lotta havoc in a lot of peoples lives and none of them will be the better for it. And loving someone can make your heart soar, be a joy, make you feel included in life, uplifted and make you feel special making someone else special. Some of my happiest moments in life was putting someone I love first, over me, in front to watch their joy at getting the biggest piece of cake (my nieces), a card telling my Mom how much I love her and why (she isn't my friend, she's my Mom) and she would walk through fire to sit at my side in court if I were accused of murder, and to spend my Grams last days on earth at her bedside holding her hand and telling her how much I loved her, no matter how much I hurt inside. Love has shaped me and made me go through things you couldn't have paid me to do, but because I love someone I can. So yes, I pick love. How about you?

love makes you stronger, definetly, it shows that even if someone hurts you, you can be the better person and walk away. theres no point in hating, its just a feeling that is carried around for no reason. if you give someone love and trust and then they hurt you, they will already hate themselves so they dont need anyone else hating them. when people spread love, happiness and smiles they get it back, if people are horrible and hate people then they will probably eventually be hated by someone. it goes back to that simple saying-treat people how you would like to be treated!

Love! this is because, if you think about it, hate is a nasty feeling and love is a nice feeling, so if you hate you are hurting yourself much more than if you love. It is hard, but if you accept and love yourself you will find it easier to love and forgive others, it will make you a stronger and happier person.

Hate and anger are only secondary emotions that stem from another emotion. Of course, hate is a terrible word that usually accompanies the thought processes of those who only know how to hate. Hate is the ugliest word in the human language. You shouldn't hate, just learn and keep on loving. A heart and mind full of love has no room for hate. Hate is a waste of feelings and makes you bitter. Always live, love and learn from it. You know, those who act hateful were put here to teach us forgiveness and tolerance, not how to hate. It is all about love.

It is far better to love than to hate, but hate still has a role.
If you love a person, and somebody does something to them which causes them deep pain, I believe it is right to hate what has happened to them, while concentrating on the positive prospects for the future.
Love can help the person recover, and hating what happened is safer than hating the person who did it, but it could be difficult not to be blinded by hate, and only see that person who caused the pain, as the cause of the pain, and see nothing positive in them.
I once took a psychological self help course, and resisted putting hate, as it seemed wrong to me, and I didn't want to admit it.
But love and hate are both strong emotions, and in a balanced personality, they both have a place.

It is best to love. Hate only makes us weak. Don't we already have enough hate in this world?
