enlarged? yes, a man's penis can be surgically increased in size. there are two types of procedures for such results. one is a fairly simple procedure that involves clipping the suspensatory ligament that holds the penis stable. it reaches from the abdominal area to the penis and assures penile stability during an erection---clipping it is not that consequential, but it will allow for a little bit of extra length. a second surgery involved implants. it cannot add more tissue, necessarily, but it can add some more girth (thickness) to the penile area. it involves skin grafting (which could be done with the first one as well, and involves much more healing time and a prolonged period of no sexual activity. you could talk to a doctor about it or simple go to google and type in "penis surgeries" or something of the sort. pills generally wont work, as tissue is not very responsive to hormone or other therapies.

but, as long as you're comfortable with yourself, dont even worry about it too much. these surgeries are expensive and painful---so just accept that you may have a smaller penis than other men. the average size is only 5.5-6.5 inches when erect anyway, and most sexual partners wont care if they're with a man who has confidence in himself.

Sure. There are two ways.

1. when he passes through puberty it enlarges from his littl eboy size to his adult size

2. when he is limp and youplay with his penis it will enlarge as he gets an erection.

Otherwise, any attempt to use a pump or pills or other means to make a penis beigger than it is is just going against Mother Nature's design for you and can result in problems.
