You have to sell yourself. Some of us are gifted at selling and others have to pull their guts out and them some because of personality, honesty, references....
Go in there with the attitude that this is the last straw and this job interview has no intimidation. I ran two interviews and picked a temp job which I enjoyed for a couple of months. I got it by telling the guy hire me or I am going to continue looking at my solid job leads and I want a decision. Scared me to death. I got the job. I learned about temp interviewing because I was the interviewer. It was awesome. Good Luck

First research the company. If you don't know anything about the company that you applied to, then chances are slim.
Second, be friendly when aswering the questions. Everyone wants to bring in someone who is new to the company a friendly face and lastly just be yourself. If you can't win the position based on your qualifications, then it is best to go find yourself another job.
