Like most people, it really depends upon the situation. I like to think of myself as pretty easygoing and laid back, but in some areas of my life I'm definitely demanding and hard to please. For example, I have absolutely NO tolerance for either stupid or cruel people, nor an I terribly fond of those among us who go out of their way to be judgemental about things. On the other hand, I'll go out of MY way to help anyone who needs it, regardless of the circumstances, and always encourage others to do likewise to the best of their ability.
Kind of a round-about answer, but I tried to respond as best I could.

Yes very much so. Not pleasing in some ways,but I have to have things a certain way or I'm impossible to live with. I wouldn't live with me if I was another person.....

My family thinks so, but I'm not, they just don't want to take the time to do things right. I mean having to scrape the clean dishes because there is gunk on them isn't my idea of "clean dishes".

guilty! sometimes i am hard to please cuz i never know what i want. like i want 1 thing then i want something completely different a minute later! ahhh.. have i driven some men crazy! LOL

Actually no, I am very laid back and I roll with the punches, so its the little things that matter to me, so no I am not hard to please.
