What do you think of this poem? Drenched in Pain(I think i am a bit of a masochist)?

Question

I drink pain,
i live on pain.
Without pain,
there is no me.
without pain,
my life is empty.
Pain is life,
pain is joy,
Pain gives me reason to live,
Pain gives me the incentive to give.
In pain i cry,
tears,
tears that scald me.
its a constant throb,
a constant ache.
Will it never, ever
go away?
