pastry and baking school in miami?help?

I need to know if there is a college for pastry and baking course.I know there is such thing in new york and i finde it impposible to belive that here in miami where the restaurant biz is #1 thre are culinary schols that teach only culinary arts with some baking thrown in there.

By far the two most famous and prestigious culinary schools in the USA are Johnson & Wales university and the Culinary Institute of America.
CIA is only in New York, but J&W has a campus in Florida. Check it out on line.
