Because television shows are transmitted like radio shows and you are said to be "ON THE AIR" or riding on the air ways in both situation.

they obviously couldnt be filming in the movies, but sumtimez they are allowed to. teh theatre would stop a movie from being shown that certain day and let the filmakers shoot their movie there. well dats wat i think. good luck.
