dell is not at best but
HP is best in service

If you're a business customer but a Latitude system and get Gold tech support it isn't cheap but Dell will give you preffered treatment over some slacker who just gets the economy warranty.

The service can be really pathetic. If you want good service, HP is for you. Its the best in customer support.
