Hi,how easy/difficult it is to getta job in SAP CRM without any commercial exp and only oncertification alone?

Hello all, I am working in MVS (mainframe) technology for the past 4 years. I would like to know from the perspective of UK job's market that if I am do a certification course in SAP CRM, then how easy/difficult it will be to get a job in SAP CRM without any commercial experience. Will there be any companies who would like to take on onboard. Thanks you all. Rgs, Junior
