Pride goes before the fall as the Christians say, and the proud Arabs are finding out how their proud adherence to an outmoded belief system (Arab culture in general, not just Islam) is removing them from relevance in teh 21st century.

Consider this: China has begun outsourcing jobs to Africa. The next round of economic growth is going to bypass the Arabs again. How bad is it when Africa's future looks brighter than yours?

These people have strong convictions, they value modesty.
