I like to wear BRIGHT colored make-up,and i'm a fan of liquid eyeliner. I wear colors like light blue,lime green,neon orange,etc. I really like companies like Herd Candy, Too faced, and theres another one not coming o mind right now,but I sadly just CANT afford them. Do you know of any companies with NICE qulity,CHEAP make-up in fun colors?
I also wear really dark "emo" make-up,if thats what you wish to call it. it depends on my mood.

N.Y.C. and Wet and Wild are two makeup companies that are really really cheap, but their products are just fine. I use an N.Y.C. black eyeliner pencil, and it's the best I've ever used. I'm not sure if they have neon colors, but they might! Their stuff is sooo reasonably priced, I'm sure you'll be able to find something you like in their selection.
You can find those brands in places like Walmart or Target, or at the grocery store like Jewel/Osco or whatever.

Cheap? Loreal Hip. But Mac has nice bright colors also.

L'oreal New HIP line has those kind of colors and so does Maxfactor. You can find them in your beauty aisle at the drugstore.

mabeline has a bright color line right not calld H.I.P...they have all kinds of bright colors that are a lot like MAC colors from the mall....they sell it at walmart

GO TO THE 99 CENTS STORE THEY USUALLY HAVE CHEAP COLOFUL MAKEUP
