I think you should go back to your Doc and ask him all the questions you have asked here, get him to explain it all to you and try going to a Well Woman clinic, why you should go to a gynecologist is beyond me, wrong end for a start, why worry as you are, get to the Doc and get your self checked and ASK those questions again !!!

How old are you??..your age would definately be of some help, do you regularly get Mammograms?? I guess ill assume your menopausic because your taking HRT tablets, even though it you could be younger and are taking it for other reasons. You should be having a mamogram every year, if your in your 50s. The breasts share a sort of "connection" if you would say, the lymphnodes, which are the parasternal lymphnodes, so it could transfer from one breast then you'd find it on the other one. Are the lumps on the inside half of your breast or on the outside, it all makes a difference. Is it firm or soft in consistency. These are all reasons you should go check it out with a doctor, preferably a gynecologist. If you're thinking about breast cancer, and of course you seem to be paniced, well that is a unwanted side effect of the estrogen in the HRT tablets, but it wouldnt just spontaneously appear unless if your just found it luckily, it could just be a cyst which is what it commonly is, as you said he aspirated it. Goto another doctor preferably a gynecologist and see what he says, Good luck! Obviously the sooner the better.

You definitely need a second opinion. Don't miss an opportunity to catch a problem early on, especially cancer.

I'd get a second opinion. But I'd get it from a Doctor, not an internet site.

yes i would defiantly get second opinion, then again it may be breaking it up, just go to another Dr. that's nothing to wait on.
