Do not listen to the Dom R person! Look around your house and see if you have stuff that you dont want anymore, Cell phones, clothes, Lamps, games, movies. Now gather up all the stuff and go to ebay.com if you dont have a digital camera just decribe the item you have really well or use a stock photo. You will have to pay some fees after you sell but they will not be very much. Or instead if you dont have an ebay account set up or a paypal account you could have a yard sale or a bake sale. Talk to the local churches and see if they could help you out. Goodwills are also great for toys and some of them you could get brand new and still open.

There is always hope! Do you have family, friends? Do you have a church you go to? Your children will know you love them no matter what "Santa" brings. Just try to do the best you can with what you have. Dollar stores aren't as bad as they were years ago there is some really nice things for kids there, you could try that. Salvation Armys also may be a help.

Try amking your gifts this year. I did this last year and I only spent $200 for our family of 3 and our parents etc. I think I made gifts for 17 people and we also have a little girl. Most of the money went into her. Check the internet for cheap handmade gifts. Good luck!!!!!

a smile is worth a thousand words, dont think money is everything, make it christmas for your kid dont let them see the strain on your face because you have the ultimate choice on how your christmas can be. kids want materialistic things because that is what we as parents lead them to believe happiness is but what would all the gifts in the world do if your child saw the misery in your face, so keep on smiling because good things come to good people
