Did the QB change come too late for them to make the playoffs? I know that it is possible to make a late run.

Changing the quarterback at this time was a good decision. We need to see if Campbell can play so that we can decide if we need to acquire a new quarterback in the off season. Brunell is at the end of a good career. We would have had to replace him at the end of this year anyway. Let's see what the kid can do.

The defense is what is killing us right now. We won't make the playoffs unless Williams corrects the problem of the defense giving up too many long pass plays. I hate to say it, but Sean Taylor needs to be benched until he has an epiphany and stops biting on the run fakes.

Brunell did pretty good last year, not great, so lots of fans thought with new offensive coordinator and new WRs that they would be a contender this year. However think it was clear from the first games of season that offense hasn't clicked. Gibbs is loyal to his starting QB so I think he made the change now since he knows that they are out of it. That being said, Campbell could ignite a spark under the team and they could possibly make a playoff run, but i'm not holding my breath!

Have they made a QB change? I had not heard that. But I do think it is to late. I was glad to see that my beloved Cowboys made their QB change. But I think the Redskins got more problems than just their lack of a quarterback. No playoffs this year.

Sounds like Troy Aikman is thinking about playing for the Skins next season! He'd be better than Brunell!!

Randle-El should have been the starter from day 1.
He's the best QB on their roster.
