I have had a disasterous and expensive dealing with a very unprincipled vendor (pabsdirect) and one of their products (packardbell dvd recorder). e-bay and paypal are useless at dealing with disputes and are very dismissive about their responsibilties, so I want to go to a forum where I can warn other potential victims. Got a good site anyone?

Having recently purchased watches from an e-bay 'power seller' that turned out to be counterfeit, I understand your frustration, especially as e-bay refused to respond anymore to my e-mails. So, I sold one of the watches on e-bay and was reported to paypal... as selling a counterfeit.... heheheh... I back-tracked e-bay and paypal to my original purchase and they then had to do something... I got my money back for one watch but they still refused to acknowledge the other. So, I reported e-bay to BBC Watchdog, who are at present investigating e-bay. Okay I'm still out of pocket... but hopefully one way or another e-bay will soon have to start doing what they are supposed to do. So, report your problem to BBC Watchdog via the internet.
