priyadarshini cement is now know as rain commodities ltd. its share price is around 160-170. but pl. confirm this on bse website

There are several companies like
Priyadarshani Cement, which have
disappeared after IPOs.
Some of them are like:
Usha Microprocessor
Usha Steels
Vintron Industries,
Analysis Finance,
Mohta Finance,
ATV projects,
Hitkari potteries,
Hindustan Reprographics,
ICIM,
IDM
and many more have disappeared
after fleecing their share holders. And
the Government cannot do anything.

The company you have mentioned is never listed in any US stock exchange market. It had plan to be listed in India market (National Stock Exchange - NSE). But it is still not clear when it will be listed there. Please see the link below for details.
