Sleeping whilst awake?
I'm guessing you mean sleeping at work when you're supposed be awake.
It happens to the best of us,everyone has gotten overly tired at some point and fallen asleep when they shouldn't have.
Its okay once its not deliberate, and when you don't start to make a habit out of it..

Do you mean daydream? I don't think you can sleep when you are awake...its a desciption of your consiousness- and they're opposites. You can be FALLING asleep at work..but you are still awake.
