Friday the thirteenth is considered unlucky.
On that day a Pope back in the 13th or 14th century ( not sure of the exact time ) condemed the Knights of the Templar to death and without warning had troups ride out and slaughter everyman who rode with the Templars to death. From then on Friday the 13th or anything concerning 13 is thought to be bad luck.

If you are asking about 13th hr. That would be 1:00 PM in this case 13:00 hours meaning 1:00 PM There are 24 hours in a day. From 1:00 AM 12 hours later it would be 13th hour.

I do the same thing! My b-day is on the 13th and it has always been a great number for me. Good things have always happened on the 13th of the month. Is your b-day on the 13th? That may be why. But do worry if you often wake up at 3am(remember exorsism of emily rose?)
